Effective June 5, 2026
Acceptance
By using amylanlink.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an intake.
What Amylan is
Amylan Link INC (Amylan) is an independent consumer advocacy company. We are not a law firm, we are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the FTC. We provide general consumer-protection information, intake and advocacy support. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Using this site, sending an email, or submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship would arise only from a separate written agreement with a licensed attorney, and we do not create one through this site.
Services and engagement
An intake is a request for review, not an acceptance of the matter. We decide whether to proceed after checking the facts, jurisdiction and any conflict. If we proceed, the scope of the work and any fee must be set out in a written agreement signed by both sides.
We do not guarantee that we will accept a matter, that a complaint or letter will produce a response, that a recovery will occur, or that any particular result will be reached. Any estimate of timing or process is general information, not a promise.
Fees
There is no charge to submit an intake. If we take on work, the fee, the scope and the payment terms are explained in a written agreement before work begins. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for someone else.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's security.
- Scrape, copy or republish the site in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.
- Submit Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, identity documents or case evidence files through the forms.
Your information
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Do not send sensitive documents or account credentials through the contact or intake form. Tell us that a record exists; we will discuss a safer method if the matter moves forward.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, graphics and other content are owned by Amylan Link INC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the site without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
Third parties and referrals
This site may describe or link to services provided by others, including licensed attorneys and public resources. We do not control those services and do not endorse every statement they make. A referral does not guarantee that another provider will accept a matter or achieve a result. You are responsible for deciding whether to engage a third party.
SMS Communications
Amylan Link INC (Amylan) operates a marketing text message program called Amylan Consumer Advocacy Messages. The campaign use case is MARKETING. If you opt in through the text updates page or by replying YES to an Amylan marketing message, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional messages about the Amylan consumer advocacy service and information about how to start an intake, at the number you provided. The message types are marketing and promotional messages about the Amylan consumer advocacy service and information about how to start an intake.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB to opt out, or HELP for help. The program does not carry legal advice, case details, or any promise about an outcome, a fee or a settlement.
The keyword list, automatic replies, example messages and carrier information are in the SMS Terms. Mobile information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that any information is current. The content is general consumer-protection information, not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee any result, recovery, settlement, fee or timeline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amylan Link INC and its officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site, the program or the law changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
