Four stops. No obligation to continue.

An intake is a structured first conversation. You give us the outline, we check whether we can responsibly help, and then we decide together what the record supports.

The route, in detail.

You can stop after any stop. Nothing is signed at intake, and no payment is collected on this site.

  1. Stop 1

    Tell us what happened

Use the intake form to give us the outline: what happened, when, what you have already tried, and what records exist. Do not send identity documents or account credentials.

  2. Stop 2

    Eligibility and conflict check

We review the facts and jurisdiction, confirm that we can responsibly help, and check for conflicts. If we are not the right fit, we say so and explain the alternatives.

  3. Stop 3

    Organize the record

If we proceed, we help you build a dated timeline, index the documents you already hold, and identify the gaps that matter. You keep control of the originals.

  4. Stop 4

    Choose the next step

A complaint, a demand letter prepared for your own use, small-claims information, or a referral to licensed counsel. The path depends on the facts — not on a promise of recovery.

Before you send.

A clear outline is more useful than a folder of everything. We will discuss a safer way to share records if the matter moves forward.

What helps us review

  • A short timeline: what happened, when, and in what order.
  • What you have already tried and what response you received.
  • The names of the records that exist, without attaching them.
  • A reliable email address and, if you wish, a phone number.

What not to send

  • Your Social Security number or date of birth.
  • Bank account, card or payment-app numbers.
  • Passwords, one-time codes or account credentials.
  • Passport, driver's license or other identity documents.
  • Case evidence files through the contact or intake form.

Submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not mean we have accepted the matter. Any engagement and any fee must be set out in a written agreement signed by both sides. We do not guarantee a recovery, a settlement, a fee or a timeline. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
