Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to amylanlink.com and to the optional marketing text message program operated by Amylan Link INC (Amylan). It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to respond, review an intake or operate the site:

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message.
• Intake form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, issue type and description of what happened.
• Text message preferences. Your mobile phone number, whether the optional SMS box was checked or you replied YES to an Amylan marketing message, and the date and time of the choice.
• Server logs. Standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, generated when you visit the site.

What we do not collect

This site does not ask for and does not accept your Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, passport or other identity documents, or case evidence files through its forms. If you send those items anyway, we may delete them without reviewing them. Tell us that a record exists; we will discuss a safer way to share it if the matter moves forward.

This website does not offer account creation, checkout or payment processing. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your message and maintain a record of the correspondence.
• To review an intake, check scope and jurisdiction, and explain possible next steps.
• To record your text message preference and send the marketing and promotional messages you requested.
• To operate, secure and improve the website, including preventing abuse of the forms.
• To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not use your information for third-party targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Text messages and mobile information

You can opt in through the optional checkbox on the text updates page or by replying YES to an Amylan marketing message. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of service. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional texts from Amylan (Amylan Link INC) at the number you provided, including marketing and promotional messages about the Amylan consumer advocacy service and information about how to start an intake. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB to opt out, or HELP for help.

The categories of personal information described above include identifiers, commercial information and internet activity. The following declaration applies to all of them.

When the site is configured to record consent evidence, we keep the consent choice (the phone number, the checkbox state, the time and request metadata) so we can demonstrate that a message was requested. Leaving the box unchecked is recorded as no consent, and we do not send text messages to that number unless you later opt in.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver messages — for example, our hosting provider, email provider and messaging platform. They receive only what they need to perform those services and are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts, external fonts or external images. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Retention

We keep contact messages and intake information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record. We keep text message consent records for as long as needed to operate the program and demonstrate compliance, then delete or de-identify them. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including HTTPS, restricted access and a form pipeline that does not persist data unless the site is configured to record it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

• Text messages. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email us to be removed.
• Access, correction or deletion. Email contact@amylanlink.com with the request and enough information for us to locate the record. We may need to verify the request before acting.
• Contact form. The contact form does not collect a phone number and does not create SMS consent.
• Intake form. The intake form does not contain an SMS checkbox. Text message consent is collected only on the text updates page.

Children

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will review it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page will change, and a material change will be reflected on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
